• As we get closer to your purchase, Just Call Pam will provide you sample items to ensure they are exactly what you envisioned.
  
  
• After agreeing on the product(s) we will review your company artwork (file type, logo). If your Artwork needs to be upgraded (print quality or digitization), we handle that process for you as well.
  
  
• We will secure an art proof for you to see and approve before agreeing to the production of your promotional products.
  
  
• As part of our service commitment, we will keep you informed throughout the entire process communicating production, estimated ship and delivery dates directly to you.
